Fleet Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Fleet Supervisor to manage daily fleet operations, ensuring maximum vehicle availability, safety, compliance and cost efficiency within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet activities, allocate vehicles and assign drivers according to delivery requirements.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, track registrations, insurance and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor fleet utilization, fuel consumption and expenses, and generate performance reports and KPIs.
• Investigate accidents, violations and incidents, implementing corrective actions.
• Support driver onboarding, training, performance monitoring and compliance with safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Transportation or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in fleet operations or transportation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing commercial vehicles such as vans, trucks or distribution fleets.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools for fleet performance analysis.
