Front Desk Agent - Raffles The Red Sea (Saudi National)

About the role

Raffles The Red Sea, part of the Red Sea Project in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Saudi national Front Desk Agent. The resort has 361 rooms, 11 dining concepts including an overwater restaurant, and a spa, and aims to blend Raffles' personalized service with the natural beauty and sustainability of the Red Sea destination.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and personally, perform check-in and check-out accurately and confidentially, and anticipate their needs with upgrades or tailored services.
• Handle inquiries, requests and concerns professionally, keeping guest profiles and preferences up to date and communicating feedback to personalize future stays.
• Ensure accurate room assignments, billing and payments, and maintain up-to-date reservations in the property management system.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Butler Service and Bell Desk on room readiness, and follow cash-handling procedures and audit standards.
• Uphold Raffles grooming, etiquette and communication standards, act as a brand ambassador, and comply with safety, security and confidentiality policies.
• Take part in brand training and service culture programmes.

Required profile

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly desirable.
• 1-2 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services in a luxury or five-star hotel is preferred.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in pre-opening is a must.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with hotel property management systems (Opera or equivalent preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
