Front Office Agent - Luxury Resort

About the role

Fairmont The Red Sea, part of the Red Sea Project in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a professional, customer-focused Front Office Agent in Umluj. As the first point of contact for guests, you will deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences at this luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and handle check-in and check-out smoothly
• Manage reservations, modifications and cancellations in hotel management systems and keep accurate records
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Provide concierge services for local attractions, dining and activities
• Process payments and financial transactions accurately and securely
• Communicate with guests by phone, email and in person
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments
• Keep the front desk tidy and manage multiple tasks during peak periods

Required profile

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting
• Fluent Arabic and English; other languages highly desirable
• Experience in pre-opening, including project coordination, scheduling and document control (a must)
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of Saudi hospitality standards and cultural awareness

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation software
• Strong communication, organization and time management, and problem-solving
• Attention to detail and accuracy with guest information and transactions
