About the role
Mercer KSA is launching a 12‑month Graduate Programme starting October 2026 in Riyadh. The programme rotates graduates across high‑impact consulting practices, offering hands‑on experience with local and multinational clients while developing future HR leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate through practice areas such as Organization Transformation, Talent Assessment & Leadership Development, Executive & Workforce Rewards, and Products & Solutions.
- Work on real client projects, internal initiatives and receive mentoring from senior consultants.
Required profile
- Recent university graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with a passion for HR, transformation and business consulting.
Required skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
