Graphic Designer – Lead & Mentor Role

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly talented Graphic Designer to join its Riyadh office. In this senior position you will create complex visual communications while leading and mentoring a team of graphic designers.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize advanced graphic design technology to produce layouts for proposals, presentations, reports and visual media.
• Handle the most difficult and complex design assignments and provide technical guidance to junior designers.
• Design and prepare art and copy layouts in line with the company’s style manual.
• Lead large projects, delegating simpler tasks to team members.
• Collaborate directly with technical writers, editors and authors to ensure clarity and consistency of artwork and text.
• Produce reproduction‑ready graphics such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, charts, diagrams and posters.
• Train new employees and review work for accuracy and detail.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Graphic Design or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Typically 5+ years of experience in advanced graphic design.
• Proven ability to organize, schedule and deliver large‑scale design projects on time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with graphic design software and technology for complex assignments.
• Thorough knowledge of graphics production techniques.
• Understanding of reproduction and printing processes.
