Group CEO – Consumer & FMCG Group

About the role

The Group CEO will set the strategic direction and provide operational leadership for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) organization. This senior executive role demands a visionary leader who can drive growth, innovation and a high‑performance culture across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long‑term strategic plan, aligning operational and financial goals with the company’s mission.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse executive team to foster employee engagement, development and accountability.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product development and marketing using consumer insights.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, risk management and P&L accountability to maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, regulators and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and consumer behavior to position the company strategically.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the FMCG sector, including executive management roles.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale P&L and operating budgets in multinational environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic transformations that deliver operational excellence and sustainable growth.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence board members and shareholders.
• Strong understanding of global market trends, consumer behavior and regulatory environments.
