Head of Controllership and Treasury

About the role

Alturki Holdings is seeking a senior finance leader to head the controllership and treasury functions for its Tahreez business in Riyadh. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and effective cash and liquidity management in compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close cycle and ensure financial statements comply with IFRS as adopted by SOCPA.
• Design, implement and monitor internal controls; manage relationships with external auditors and regulators.
• Oversee end‑to‑end accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, fixed assets and revenue recognition.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital and liquidity across all entities and accounts.
• Negotiate banking facilities, credit lines and FX hedging strategies; ensure compliance with SAMA regulations.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing accounting and treasury team and drive process automation and ERP/TMS optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, SOCPA, ACCA or CTP preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/treasury experience, including 3‑5 years in a senior controllership leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi Zakat/Tax regulations, SAMA guidelines and treasury management systems.
• Experience with banking negotiations, cash pooling, FX risk management and ERP enhancements.
• Familiarity with GOSI, WPS and Nitaqat compliance requirements.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
