Head of Investment

About the role

The Head of Investment reports directly to the Owner and leads the entire investment function across financial investments, international real estate, and portfolio asset management. The role is responsible for building relationships with deal providers, advisors and partners, conducting thorough due diligence and market research, and managing the full investment lifecycle from sourcing to divestment.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and develop investment relationships with deal providers, advisors and investment companies in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Perform extensive due diligence, market research and stay informed of global market developments and alternative investment trends.
• Manage relationships with investment managers, investee companies, partners and external advisors, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Oversee post‑investment monitoring, control, and divestment activities to maximize portfolio value.
• Support strategic planning by formulating investment strategies, risk‑return assessments and aligning with best practices.
• Lead business development efforts, identify new investment opportunities, and negotiate high‑quality deals.
• Structure and source debt financing for international real‑estate projects and implement financing programs.
• Collaborate with analysts to perform financial analysis, equity research and portfolio optimization.
