Head of Sales - Diesel Generators

About the role

Mansol Manpower Solutions is looking for an experienced, results-driven Head of Sales for its diesel generator business in Saudi Arabia. The role leads and expands the generator business, drives sales growth, manages key accounts and leads the sales team to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead the sales and service team and drive business development across Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental and Government sectors.
• Build relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors and EPC companies.
• Manage major projects, tenders, negotiations and key accounts.
• Provide technical guidance on power solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in diesel generator / power generation sales.
• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
• Saudi Arabia / GCC market experience preferred; Saudi driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Technical and commercial knowledge of generator systems such as generator sizing, synchronization, AMF/ATS and power solutions.
• Experience with brands such as Cummins, Perkins, FG Wilson, Mitsubishi, MTU, Volvo Penta, Kohler, AKSA, Caterpillar or similar is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills.

• Package of SAR 15,000 to 20,000 per month including basic salary, HRA and mobile allowance.
