Heel Milling Machine Operator – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Heel Milling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves operating specialized milling equipment to produce tower and pole components according to precise engineering specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up heel milling machines, including parameters, tooling, and fixtures.
• Interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions to ensure accurate milling dimensions and edge finishing.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance on the equipment.
• Monitor machine performance, report abnormalities, and assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain production quality standards while minimizing material waste.
• Collaborate with supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance teams.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and keep the work area clean.
• Achieve daily production and efficiency targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience operating heel milling machines in tower, pole, steel fabrication, or heavy manufacturing.
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
