HR Business Partner – Al Joody Factory

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as an HR Business Partner supporting the Al Joody Factory. You will work closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with operational goals and help shape a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Identify current and future talent needs, workforce requirements, and skill gaps in partnership with business leaders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design recruitment strategies, hiring plans and onboarding processes that meet budget and timeline targets.
• Align HR practices with business objectives, supporting workforce planning, people strategies and organizational development.
• Implement programs to attract, develop and retain talent, including recognition and incentive initiatives.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievance, disciplinary and capability cases while ensuring compliance with internal regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records, prepare and analyse HR reports and track key performance indicators.
• Support communication and implementation of HR policies, keeping managers and employees informed of changes.
• Participate in departmental meetings, provide HR guidance and assist with internal events and employee engagement activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR, covering core functions such as compensation, employee relations, performance management and diversity.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using HRIS (ERP‑based) systems.
• Knowledge of SAP (advantageous).
