HR Business Partner – Talent & Workforce Strategy

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as an HR Business Partner, supporting the Al Joody Factory operations. You will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with corporate objectives and drive talent excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify current and future talent needs, workforce requirements, and skill gaps in partnership with business leaders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design recruitment strategies, hiring plans, and onboarding processes.
• Align HR practices with business goals, supporting workforce planning and people strategies.
• Implement programs to attract, develop, retain talent and enhance employee engagement.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievance, disciplinary and capability cases while ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR records, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual HR reports and track key KPIs.
• Support the communication and implementation of HR policies, updates, and internal events.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in HR business partnering or related functions.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HRIS (ERP‑based) systems.
• Knowledge of SAP (advantage).
