HR Manager – Tourism & Hospitality

About the role

Our client, a leading tourism and hospitality company, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead core HR operations in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving HR strategy, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and new‑hire integration.
• Manage performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development.
• Oversee employee relations, handling grievances, conflicts and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programmes.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll and employee records.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR documentation and reports.
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures and processes to support growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations and employee relations.
• Proven experience across recruitment, performance management and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
