HSE Country Manager – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the role

The HSE Country Manager will own the health, safety and environment management system for Saudi Arabia, leading a dedicated team of HSE professionals. Reporting directly to country leadership, you will ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards while driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set and lead the country HSE strategy, standards and management system.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and authority requirements.
• Lead, develop and coordinate site HSE teams across all projects and facilities.
• Oversee risk assessments, audits, inspections and corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, reporting and lessons‑learned processes.
• Manage HSE training, competency and awareness programmes and report performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Recognised HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or IOSH.
• Proven experience as a senior HSE manager at country or multi‑site level in construction, manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of local Saudi HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001/14001).
• Demonstrated track record of improving safety performance and building a proactive safety culture.
