HSE Inspector – Saudi National (Full‑time)

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Saudi‑national HSE Inspector to join its project team in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, you will help create a safe working environment that complies with both Parsons and client policies.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and submit CSC and Contractor HSE data promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports and statistics for the client.
• Demonstrate safe personal behaviour and act as the on‑site HSE representative.
• Ensure supervisory consultant and contractor deliverables are reviewed, approved and implemented.
• Follow up on pending close‑out actions for SOR, abnormal events, audits and compliance inspections.
• Conduct monthly office inspections and risk assessments.
• Organise and attend HSE contractor meetings, prepare minutes and present findings.
• Deliver HSE orientation for new personnel and support awareness training.
• Assist with incident investigations and review first‑aid, near‑miss and injury records.
• Liaise with client representatives on all HSE matters.

Required profile

• Saudi national with at least 60 months (5 years) of relevant HSE experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Professional membership in IOSH and/or IIRSM.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent qualification.
