Interior Designer – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking a creative Interior Designer to join our real‑estate investment subsidiary. The role involves translating client conversations into compelling interior concepts for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Define project requirements, schedules, and budgets.
• Create attractive layouts, color schemes, lighting plans, and material selections.
• Prepare 2D, 3D, mock‑up, and rendering presentations for client approval.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Stay updated on interior design trends and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design, including renovations and new constructions.
• Proven portfolio of high‑rise tower interiors (residential, hospitality, or commercial).
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Interior Design Visualization & Presentation Software.
