Interior Designer – Saudi National (Major Supervision Project)

About the role

WSP is seeking an experienced Interior Designer – Saudi National to join a major supervision project in Saudi Arabia, overseeing design implementation and ensuring interior fit‑out works meet approved specifications, quality standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise interior design works, managing a dedicated team throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate closely with architects and other design disciplines (lighting, MEP final fix) to resolve design or construction issues.
• Provide expert input on material and finish selection, balancing client preferences with project requirements.
• Contribute to and approve construction interior design details, ensuring alignment with overall design vision.
• Manage and review construction documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals and method statements, highlighting discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate as‑built drawings for project records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design and design management, preferably on large‑scale projects.
• Experience supervising interior design works on high‑rise towers (ideally 300+ m) and large mixed‑use developments.
• Proven experience on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East, with knowledge of local regulations and standards.
• Saudi national.
