Internal Audit Manager

About the role

Dnaneer Financing Company, a Saudi Central Bank‑licensed fintech, is seeking a meticulous Internal Audit Manager to lead its internal audit function. The role will oversee end‑to‑end audit engagements, ensure compliance with Shariah and SAMA regulations, and act as a trusted advisor to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk‑based annual internal audit plan covering credit, operations, technology and compliance.
• Conduct full audit cycles from scoping and fieldwork to testing, reporting and follow‑up.
• Serve as primary contact for process owners, build transparent relationships and present findings to management and the Audit Committee.
• Lead control testing, evaluate design and operating effectiveness, and drive remediation.
• Monitor SAMA regulatory developments, ensure audit work aligns with Shariah principles and internal methodologies.

Required profile

• Independent‑minded with strong risk‑based audit expertise.
• Deep understanding of financial services controls and regulatory environment.
• Ability to challenge business processes constructively and provide practical risk‑based solutions.
• Knowledge of Shariah compliance and SAMA regulations.
• Excellent analytical judgment and attention to detail.
