IT Help Desk Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Support professional to provide technical assistance to approximately 500 users across multiple physical sites. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining both software and hardware, ensuring smooth daily operations for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and related software.
• Install, configure, and support Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware devices such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
• Utilize remote support tools to assist end‑users efficiently.
• Provide on‑site IT support across several locations.
• Identify performance issues, recommend improvements, and enhance system reliability.
• Manage help desk tickets: track, prioritize, and resolve technical support requests.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records by importing, assigning, and retiring equipment in the inventory system.

Required profile

• Experience delivering IT support to a large user base (around 500 users).
• Ability to work across multiple sites and handle diverse technical issues.
• Strong organizational skills for ticket management and asset tracking.
