IT Manager

About the role

The House Hotel in Jeddah is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee all technology systems that support our 129-room property and vibrant restaurant. You will ensure seamless operation of hotel‑specific applications and maintain a secure, reliable IT environment for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, computers, and software.
• Ensure smooth operation of core hotel systems such as the Property Management System (PMS) and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) applications.
• Lead IT support activities, providing timely resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Plan and implement system upgrades, technology projects, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology contracts.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and oversee hardware and software procurement.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
• Train and support staff on IT systems and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of network and server administration.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and POS systems.
• Experience with cybersecurity, data backup, and disaster recovery.
