About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Supervisor to oversee daily IT infrastructure activities and ensure reliable technical support across the organization. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting, system administration, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to maintain high availability of services.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage daily IT infrastructure operations and technical support activities.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure smooth connectivity across systems and devices.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers and support cloud service environments.
• Maintain POS and retail technology operations across multiple branches and sites.
• Monitor IT systems with monitoring tools and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Provide hardware and software support while maintaining operational continuity.
• Support cybersecurity practices, system updates, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure service reliability and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
