IT Restaurant Applications Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Applications Manager to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of restaurant technology across a multi‑location operation. You will own the full lifecycle of POS, ERP, HRMS, CRM and AI platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle management of restaurant systems including POS, ERP, HRMS, CRM and AI platforms.
• Manage end‑to‑end integrations with finance, HR, loyalty programmes, payment gateways and delivery aggregators.
• Ensure application performance, uptime and reliability across all branches.
• Lead system administration, access management, IT security, compliance and data‑governance initiatives.
• Drive AI‑enabled forecasting, labour optimisation and customer analytics.
• Supervise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, backup and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Coordinate new restaurant IT setups, system roll‑outs, upgrades and data migrations.
• Manage technical support operations, SLA compliance and incident resolution.
• Oversee vendor contracts, KPI reporting, budgeting and strategic technology planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise applications and infrastructure in a multi‑location environment.
• Strong background in restaurant technology systems (POS, ERP, HRMS, CRM).
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure or AWS and Power BI.
• Knowledge of PCI‑DSS, ISO 27001 and Saudi PDPL compliance.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, AWS or Cybersecurity are a plus.
