Loss Prevention Specialist – Security & Loss Prevention

About the role

Amazon Thunder is seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Loss Prevention Specialist to protect people and assets across its operational sites in Saudi Arabia. You will deliver security as a service throughout the end‑to‑end supply chain, ensuring operational continuity and minimizing loss.

Key responsibilities

• Support business resilience by contributing to emergency and crisis planning for assigned sites.
• Identify vulnerabilities such as loss incidents or process gaps and define mitigating actions while complying with legal and ethical standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local management, law‑enforcement agencies, and industry associations on security matters.
• Ensure assigned sites meet Amazon’s global security standards.
• Conduct regular physical security audits, investigate policy violations and loss events, and analyse data to uncover root causes.
• Maintain the health of security systems in collaboration with subject‑matter experts and external suppliers.
• Coordinate with external security service providers to guarantee high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of relevant experience in security, loss prevention, or related fields.
• Strong investigative mindset with ability to collect information, analyse reports, and conduct interviews.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
