Maintenance Technician

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Jeddah. The role is part of the property maintenance team, which keeps hotels working properly so guests can enjoy a memorable experience. The technician supervises Maintenance Assistants, leads by example and acts as a multitasker, fixer and doer.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Assistants and lead by example
• Keep the property well maintained and in good condition
• Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction, health and safety compliance and the smooth running of the maintenance department
• Deliver quality results and support the department in its goal of exceeding guest expectations

Required profile

• Technical diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or a related field
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
• Flexibility and a positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently within a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
