Marketing & Communications Manager – Hotel

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead property‑level marketing initiatives for a hotel in Al‑Madinah, creating on‑brand messaging across traditional, digital and social channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication, the role aims to boost hotel visibility, drive guest and local patron engagement, and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in collaboration with the General Manager, Food & Beverage leader, Operations and regional marketing teams.
• Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales to design promotions that generate incremental hotel revenue.
• Act as the liaison with advertising agencies, overseeing creative and media plans for F&B campaigns.
• Manage media schedules, ensure timely settlement of invoices and monitor campaign performance.
• Coordinate digital, social and eCommerce activities to align with overall sales strategy.
• Support public relations initiatives and contribute to brand awareness efforts.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field **and** at least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or digital roles, **or** a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising is preferred.
