Mechanical Specialist II – Maintenance & Inspection

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Specialist II to join our Jubail facility. The role focuses on detailed inspections, maintenance planning and overhauling of diesel engines, HVAC systems and lifting equipment, ensuring reliability and safety across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of diesel engines, HVAC systems and lifting equipment and provide repair recommendations.
• Develop equipment‑specific task lists, preventive maintenance plans, CTI/TRA procedures and scopes of work.
• Prepare technical evaluations of contracts, proposals and spare‑part requirements.
• Perform risk assessments, root‑cause analyses and incident investigations.
• Prepare failure reports, capital expense budgets and update drawings and documentation.
• Manage Management of Change (MOC) processes from initiation to close‑out.
• Assess asset criticality, reliability and integrity actions.
• Coordinate project handover activities and maintain equipment master data in SAP.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electromechanical engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical engineering.
• Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.
