Medical Scientific Liaison – Oncology/Hematology

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team and support the Oncology/Hematology therapeutic area. The MSL will act as the scientific expert for assigned products and disease states, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists, nurses, and clinical investigators across Saudi Arabia.
• Provide balanced, up‑to‑date medical information on assigned products, competitors, disease states, and emerging developments.
• Execute KOL engagement plans, identify collaboration opportunities, and organize scientific meetings, advisory boards, and educational activities.
• Support clinical research by identifying investigators, sites, and gathering field insights.
• Deliver disease‑awareness, product‑knowledge, and treatment‑administration training to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Business Development to align strategic objectives.
• Monitor medical literature, clinical guidelines, competitor activity, and ensure pharmacovigilance compliance.
• Prepare activity reports, share market feedback, and contribute to scientific content development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
• Previous experience in a medical affairs or scientific liaison role (as indicated in the posting).
