About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our front‑desk team in Jeddah. This full‑time, on‑site position is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in delivering a high‑quality hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Answer telephone calls, handle reservations, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
• Ensure a courteous, efficient, and professional front‑desk environment at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and reception skills with clear phone etiquette.
• Reliable clerical abilities, including basic computer use and record‑keeping.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, on‑site in Jeddah.
• Fluent Arabic; basic English communication is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or administrative training is beneficial.
• Professional appearance, organized, and service‑oriented attitude.
