Occupational Therapist – Pediatric & Adult Rehabilitation

About the role

LLSC is seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team in Jeddah. You will work directly with children and adults who face communication, language, behavioral and developmental challenges, helping them improve functional independence.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients’ fine and gross motor abilities, sensory integration needs and daily living skills.
• Design and deliver individualized therapy sessions targeting motor development, self‑care, and school or work participation.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, psychologists and other specialists to create cohesive treatment plans.
• Engage families through the “Journey Sharing” model to ensure skill carry‑over at home and in the community.
• Document progress, contribute to case discussions and multidisciplinary assessments.

Required profile

• Formal training in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with knowledge of assessment and evidence‑based interventions.
• Foundational understanding of medicine and health sciences to interpret complex clinical presentations.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation, family education and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Strong interest or experience in pediatrics, able to adapt interventions to children and adolescents.
