Outlet Manager - Luxury Restaurant

About the role

SLS The Red Sea, a lifestyle resort on the Red Sea coast with 150 rooms, five Food & Beverage venues and a spa, is building its team after opening. As Outlet Manager you will run one of the resort's signature venues, leading the team and working with F&B leadership and other hotel departments to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the outlet team in delivering guest experiences that meet SLS brand standards, and act as the face of the outlet during service
• Handle guest feedback and concerns, and oversee daily restaurant operations across the floor, bar and supporting areas
• Maintain high standards of ambiance, service, presentation, cleanliness and hygiene, and work with Engineering and Housekeeping
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor supervisors, waitstaff, hosts and bartenders, and plan staffing and schedules
• Drive revenue through upselling, menu engineering and seat utilization, and manage costs through inventory control, ordering and labour scheduling
• Monitor sales, labour costs and cost of goods, and support annual planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with Marketing on promotions and seasonal concepts, and build links with concierges, partners and local tastemakers
• Support in-outlet events, private dining, themed activations and sponsorships, and stay up to date with dining and mixology trends
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and local regulations

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of senior leadership experience in luxury restaurant operations
• Experience managing large teams in high-volume, high-profile settings
• Strong commercial awareness, including revenue generation, cost control and budgeting
• Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant operational platforms; pre-opening or venue launch experience is highly desirable
