Parts Supervisor

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is looking for a proactive, results-driven Parts Supervisor to oversee daily parts operations. The role covers inventory management, quality, safety and productivity standards, and leads a team to support business objectives and customer satisfaction. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager within a logistics and supply chain team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day parts operations, including receiving, checking, storing, picking and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock control to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) standards.
• Manage parts resources, equipment and manpower to meet productivity targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate parts associates and MHE operators.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers so service level agreements and KPIs are met.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimisation, and ensure equipment is maintained and used effectively.
• Support workforce planning and manage overtime and operational costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in parts, logistics, procurement or transport operations.
• Leadership experience supervising operational teams.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in parts systems and inventory management processes.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control and parts KPIs.
• Experience managing and leading parts teams in a fast-paced environment.
• E-commerce fulfillment experience is highly advantageous.
