PMO Consultant – Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Consultant with a strong finance background to support governance, financial planning, budgeting, reporting and cost‑control across business and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support PMO governance and ensure effective project management processes, controls and reporting.
• Lead and coordinate financial planning and budgeting activities for projects and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor project financial performance, including costs, budgets, forecasts and variances.
• Prepare and consolidate financial and PMO reports for management and key stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks, budget deviations and areas requiring management attention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience, with at least 3–5 years in PMO or project financial management.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial and project reporting tools.
