About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Principal Healthcare Solutions Consultant to join its Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving transformational change for hospitals and payers, developing growth strategies, and optimizing patient‑focused care pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand consulting service offerings while mentoring junior consultants.
• Identify client needs, scope solutions, and build business cases for change.
• Map and assess clinical pathways and patient journeys, defining appropriate KPIs.
• Prioritize initiatives, create roadmaps, and deliver actionable improvement plans.
• Lead end‑to‑end projects, providing day‑to‑day coaching to delivery teams.
• Prepare portfolio reviews with steering committees to track progress, economic value, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct data analytics on clinical, operational, and financial outcomes to support solution‑oriented recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience in healthcare consulting or related fields.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive complex change programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in developing KPIs and measuring outcomes.
