Product Engineer (AI Solutions)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI startup based in Saudi Arabia, building innovative Voice AI and AI agent solutions. As a Product Engineer you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to translate client needs into tailored AI‑driven solutions and own the delivery from concept to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to capture client requirements and desired outcomes.
• Design, build and integrate custom solutions using Sarj AI products and technologies.
• Prepare and deliver demos, answering technical and scope‑related questions.
• Gather feedback, iterate on solutions and coordinate with Product and Engineering for deeper technical input.
• Hand over signed projects with full solution documentation.
• Build websites and lightweight tools using modern AI‑assisted and low‑code approaches.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in product, engineering, business analysis or a similar technical role.
• Fluent Arabic (Saudi dialect) and English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to take end‑to‑end ownership.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting solutions.
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies.

Required skills

• APIs and integration experience.
• Low‑code/no‑code platform usage.
• AI‑assisted coding for prototypes and websites.
• Website development and lightweight tool creation.
