Product Specialist – Pharmaceutical Sales (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

The Product Specialist will promote Aspen Pharma Group’s products to healthcare professionals across the assigned territory in Jeddah. The role focuses on building strong relationships with physicians and pharmacists, delivering key brand messages, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily face‑to‑face calls with physicians and pharmacists.
• Organise and execute AVAs and promotional activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for the territory.
• Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with key HCPs and stakeholders.
• Keep an up‑to‑date customer database and submit daily call reports and weekly sales trackers.
• Stay informed on the latest clinical data and discuss it with healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate market feedback on competition, new product concepts, and customer needs.
• Plan and execute medical educational events and ongoing market analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Sc).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Saudi national (as specified).
• Strong market knowledge and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Excellent problem‑solving, active listening, and learning agility.
