Product Specialist – Specialty Care (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Product Specialist Specialty Care will operate across Saudi Arabia (Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam) driving sales and market share for Arcera’s specialty medicines. You will build scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, launch new products and contribute to shaping the patient journey within key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales, market‑share and productivity targets within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face‑to‑face detailing with HCPs and pharmacists, delivering brand‑compliant materials and scientific content.
• Launch new products by creating awareness, generating demand and engaging key stakeholders.
• Identify barriers to diagnosis and treatment, and work cross‑functionally to address unmet patient needs.
• Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and report insights to management.
• Collaborate with medical, market‑access and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and support access strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar pharmaceutical sales role.
• Public‑sector experience preferred.
• Strong scientific and product knowledge in anti‑infectives or specialty‑care markets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• High level of accountability, adaptability and willingness to travel frequently, including remote areas.
