Purchase Specialist (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Purchase Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end procurement cycle, vendor relations and key financial and administrative support tasks. The role ensures seamless inventory levels, handles local and international shipping logistics and maintains accurate financial and utility records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement process from internal purchase requests to issuing official Purchase Orders.
• Identify, vet and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure optimal price, quality and delivery terms.
• Oversee general inventory, monitor stock levels and place orders proactively to avoid shortages.
• Coordinate shipping and freight activities, liaise with freight forwarders and handle customs clearance, including SABER certification.
• Book travel arrangements such as air and bus tickets as instructed.
• Collect vendor invoices, record them in Zoho and perform monthly or quarterly reconciliations.
• Process petty‑cash payments, review expenses against invoices and assist the accountant during peak periods.
• Update monthly utilities bill tracking, notify management of due dates and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for all procurement, logistics and supplier payment requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer, Inventory Controller or similar administrative/finance support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoho.
• Advanced Excel skills for managing trackers, cost sheets and utility logs.
