QA/QC Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi‑national QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities for a landmark mixed‑use development in Riyadh. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for preparing, implementing and monitoring the project quality plan in line with client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a QA/QC team to deliver the programme to required quality standards.
• Develop, implement and monitor the programme quality plan.
• Communicate the quality plan and its objectives to staff, consultants and contractors.
• Support consultants and contractors in implementing quality procedures and monitoring performance.
• Develop and execute audit schedules, including unannounced visits.
• Prepare statistical reports on quality performance.
• Identify and share lessons learned throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Manage the programme quality control testing service.
• Coordinate and manage any third‑party audits as required.

Required profile

• BSc in engineering, architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years total experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar QA/QC managerial role.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the Middle East.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 compliance.
• Relevant QA qualification.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Proficient user of MS Office.
