Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Jordanian Job Opportunities Recruitment Co., a recruitment company founded in 1998 in Saudi Arabia and active across the MENA region, is hiring a full-time hybrid Recruitment Specialist based in Jeddah. The specialist manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client needs and writing job postings to sourcing candidates and keeping talent pipelines active.

Key responsibilities

• Screen applications and conduct interviews
• Coordinate hiring decisions with clients
• Support onboarding activities as needed
• Communicate regularly with candidates and client representatives and give hiring progress updates
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
• Contribute to recruitment strategies, market research and the improvement of selection and training processes

Required profile

• Relevant experience in agency or in-house recruitment, preferably in MENA markets or in healthcare, hospitality, education, engineering, IT or AI
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Jeddah, handle several roles at once and meet tight deadlines
