Regional Commercial Manager – Beauty

About the role

The Regional Commercial Manager – Beauty will lead commercial performance across multiple beauty stores in Jeddah, aligning brand strategy with sales objectives. You will partner with marketing, merchandising and commercial teams to drive profitability and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy across the network in line with overall objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to roll out marketing and customer experience initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines tailored to each market.
• Align with Commercial teams on annual sales planning and target setting.
• Monitor discounts, margins and profitability; track sell‑out performance and stock levels.
• Review orders, update merchandising on stock status and identify potential gaps.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and performance insights.
• Deliver data‑driven commercial reports (quantitative and qualitative).
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
• Own and manage the brand P&L and overall financial performance.
• Evaluate brand performance and recommend strategic actions.
• Manage resources within approved budgets and provide timely financial updates.
• Develop, coach and motivate team members to drive performance.
