Regional Sales Manager – Food Service

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead Food Service sales across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role oversees revenue growth, market share and profitability for key categories such as protein, dairy, beverages and bakery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit and market‑share targets.
• Lead, mentor and coach a team of Unit Managers covering Jeddah, Makkah, Medina, South, East and Central regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA customers.
• Own annual sales planning, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and the Commercial Director on promotions, product availability and overall strategy.
• Manage regional budgets and drive cost‑effective, profitable growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to stay ahead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales management experience, preferably in Food Service or FMCG.
• Proven track record leading regional or multi‑location sales teams.
• Experience with high‑profile HORECA clients is a plus.
