Registered Nurse – Clinical Care

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a clinical setting. The role involves comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs and physical examinations.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor for side effects, and document interventions.
• Provide wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and infection monitoring.
• Assist during medical procedures and diagnostic tests, and respond to emergencies.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection-control standards.
• Supervise junior staff and nursing students, offering guidance and support.

Required profile

• Current registration as a Nurse and licensure to practice in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform comprehensive assessments.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous education and evidence-based practice.
