Regulatory Affairs & Scientific Office Manager (KSA)

About the role

Bayer is seeking a Regulatory Affairs & Scientific Office Manager to act as the primary liaison with Saudi Arabian authorities and stakeholders. The role supports Bayer’s mission of delivering health solutions while ensuring compliance across multiple product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Bayer to competent authorities and stakeholders on all regulatory and scientific matters.
• Maintain professional relationships with national regulators, industry organisations and key opinion leaders.
• Manage the local portfolio of marketing authorisations for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical devices and food supplements.
• Provide regulatory strategy guidance to local business units and regional/global functions.
• Drive implementation of regulatory strategies aligned with local and regional business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the life‑science sector.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks for medicines, cosmetics, medical devices and supplements.
• Excellent communication and networking skills with external authorities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with business, legal and scientific teams.
