Remote Junior Front-End Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Front‑End Developer to join our remote team that builds digital experiences for healthcare and medical clients. You will work closely with designers, marketers and senior developers to turn UI/UX concepts into responsive, high‑quality web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and user interfaces for healthcare clients.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable HTML, CSS and JavaScript code.
• Build landing pages, digital marketing assets and CMS‑based sites (e.g., WordPress).
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and project managers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Optimize site performance, speed, cross‑browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Implement front‑end SEO and CRO improvements.
• Maintain and update content, layouts and templates on CMS platforms.
• Identify, debug and resolve front‑end bugs across browsers and devices.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of front‑end development experience (including internships, freelance or personal projects).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Responsive and mobile‑first development principles.
• Basic knowledge of React or Vue.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Version control with Git.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of SEO‑friendly front‑end practices and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS (preferred).
