Rooms Internship – Luxury Resort

About the role

SLS The Red Sea, a luxury lifestyle resort on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia, is looking for an enthusiastic Rooms Intern to join its Rooms team. It suits hospitality students who want hands-on experience in a luxury resort and to learn the guest service skills needed to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and confidently, creating memorable first and last impressions.
• Gain hands-on experience across Front Office, Guest Relations and other Rooms operations, depending on departmental needs.
• Support daily operations such as guest check-ins, check-outs, enquiries and special requests.
• Learn and apply SLS brand standards in every interaction.
• Develop an understanding of guest preferences, resort facilities and personalised luxury service.
• Assist the team in delivering seamless guest experiences and collaborate across departments.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Take part in training, development and learning opportunities during the internship.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest relations.
• Positive attitude, natural curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and flexibility to work across different shifts.
