Safety Inspector – Night Shift (Saudi National)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Saudi‑national Safety Inspector to join its construction team on night shifts. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures, while maintaining a safe environment for all personnel on site.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular night‑shift inspections of the construction site to identify unsafe conditions, practices, or equipment.
• Monitor high‑risk activities such as heavy equipment operation, electrical work, and work at height.
• Investigate and document incidents, near‑misses, and unsafe conditions observed during the shift.
• Prepare detailed safety reports and communicate findings to project management.
• Lead safety briefings and toolbox talks for night‑shift workers.
• Act as the first point of contact for emergencies and coordinate timely response with relevant teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Inspector on construction projects.
• OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety certifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and local regulations.
