Sales and Education Manager - Sol de Janeiro, Riyadh

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Sales and Education Manager for Sol de Janeiro in Riyadh. As Sales Manager for KSA, you will be the face of the brand in the Saudi market, owning in-store performance, brand experience and education. Most of your time will be spent in the field, visiting stores, coaching beauty advisors, driving sell-out and supporting consumer activations, PR events and retailer animations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Retail and sell-out: visit Sephora on a structured cycle to ensure brand standards, visibility and merchandising excellence; drive sell-out against monthly and quarterly targets at door level; monitor stock levels, testers and visual merchandising compliance and flag issues to the KAM; build strong relationships with store managers, beauty advisors and retailer field teams.
• Education: deliver product training and brand storytelling sessions to beauty advisors in-store and during retailer education days; coach beauty advisors on selling techniques, hero products, big bets and seasonal launches.
• Consumer engagement and PR: support consumer-facing activations, in-store events and animations across KSA; support PR events, influencer activations and brand experiences on the ground; coordinate logistics with retailer marketing teams and external agencies.
• Reporting and collaboration: provide regular sell-out reports, competitive intelligence and field feedback to the KAM in Paris; travel to Dubai for client meetings, regional reviews and team alignment; represent the KSA market within the wider Middle East strategy.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in sales or account management within beauty, or premium/luxury FMCG, ideally in KSA and/or UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the KSA beauty market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and in-store execution skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across KSA and periodically to Dubai.
• Fluent English and Arabic required.
• Self-starter comfortable working autonomously and reporting to a remote manager; based in KSA with a valid driving licence.
