Sales Consultant – Luxury Retail (Swarovski)

About the role

As a Sales Consultant for Swarovski within Chalhoub Group, you will be the face of a leading luxury brand in Jeddah. You will drive sales, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and support key customer‑centric initiatives across the store.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Collect and analyse customer behaviour data to inform business reviews.
• Enhance customer relationships through a multi‑channel approach, including e‑purchasing and in‑store pick‑up.
• Promote and manage the customer loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on e‑app offers.
• Support in‑store marketing events, visual merchandising, and social media campaigns.
• Capture customer data according to marketing requirements and provide product feedback.
• Contribute to employee loyalty initiatives and store culture.

Required profile

• Strong ability to analyse sales and customer data.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for luxury retail.
• Proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals and enhancing the guest experience.
