Sales Engineer – Aftermarket (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

Carrier is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support its aftermarket and service business in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships, driving service agreements and repair sales, and delivering technical proposals for HVAC solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and proposals for service repairs and maintenance contracts.
• Lead negotiations to secure orders at optimal profit levels.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new customers to grow service revenue.
• Provide technical support for digitalized service offerings.
• Collect payments and ensure financial targets are met.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and present them to management.
• Conduct customer visits to increase market share, product awareness, and education.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in sales or service engineering.
• Saudi national, able to work onsite in Jeddah.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management abilities.
