Sales Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high‑caliber Sales Finance Manager to become the strategic financial backbone for our Saudi Arabia market. Reporting to regional leadership, you will act as the commercial business partner for our exclusive distributor, overseeing financial governance across modern trade, traditional trade, wholesale, e‑commerce and horeca channels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate all commercial investments, including trade agreements, listing fees and promotions across five routes‑to‑market.
• Ensure distributor spend claims align with pre‑defined approval mechanisms and budget limits.
• Review invoice backups, debit notes and execution proofs; conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations to manage the Gross‑to‑Net (G2N) bridge.
• Own P&L tracking at channel and key‑account level, analysing margin variations to advise on budget and resource allocation.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial forecasts to support sales planning.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in commercial finance within FMCG or related sectors.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to maintain strict financial governance while driving business growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in multi‑channel profitability analysis.
